Train-the-Trainer Model

Top-performing alumni become peer trainers, building internal capacity for cost-effective expansion. We aim to train 20 alumni as facilitators and scale to three new communities within two years.

Blended Learning

Combining in-person workshops with low-data digital tools like WhatsApp groups and offline content ensures continued learning in areas with limited connectivity.

Inzira Nourishing Initiative

Our Year 2 income-generating social enterprise supports youth-led agribusinesses and reinvests profits back into the foundation, targeting cost coverage within 12–18 months.

Community Partnerships

Active engagement with local cooperatives, NGOs, and business associations as collaborators, mentors, and investors strengthens program relevance and community ownership.
