We are a youth-driven initiative working with and for refugee communities. Through transformative education, hands-on entrepreneurship, and sustainable nutrition programs, we equip refugee youth with the tools to thrive and lead independent, empowered lives.
Inzira Accelerator Foundation empowers refugee youth through transformative education, entrepreneurship, and nutrition programs. By equipping young people with tools to communicate, innovate, and earn sustainably, we are nurturing leaders ready to build self-reliant futures.
We envision a world where every refugee youth has equal access to education, entrepreneurship, and nutrition, regardless of their location. By 2035, we aim to scale our impact globally, ensuring that displaced youth are equipped to lead meaningful, independent, and empowered lives.

Who We Serve
Our programs are designed for youth aged 16–35, particularly those residing in the Mahama Refugee Camp and its surrounding host communities. We focus on empowering young adults through education, entrepreneurship, and livelihood development.
Additionally, our nutrition initiative prioritizes children under 12 suffering from malnutrition, while also supporting vulnerable families and caregivers to build long-term food security and community resilience.
What We Do
English Language Clubs
We run English clubs in Mahama Refugee Camp to help youth overcome communication barriers, build confidence, and boost academic performance. Sessions are led by trained refugee facilitators and are inclusive, interactive, and trauma-informed.
Entrepreneurship Program
Our hands-on entrepreneurship curriculum covers business planning, marketing, mentorship, and agribusiness. Designed to build self-employment pathways and reduce youth unemployment while uplifting the whole community.
Higher Education Guidance
We provide tailored mentorship and training to help refugee youth access scholarships and navigate university applications with clarity and confidence.
Nourishing Hope Initiative
Launching an initiative to combat child malnutrition through daily meals, garden & poultry training, nutrition education, and community infrastructure — a long-term sustainability model for Inzira.
